Xbox 360 best buy 2 year warranty questions?

My xbox has been having problems and one of my usb has broke, so I am wondering if I can bring in my xbox and use the warranty and be able to get the elite xbox 360 since it has been priced dropped to and I had bought the pro when it was 300.

 Also will best buy be willing to let me keep my harddrive? need help anyone best buy workers out here? must appreciated for best answers ,

Also I already know bout microsofts warranty and everything so dont tell me bout microsofts warranty

Xbox 360 best buy warranty?

My xbox has just recently got the e74 message and 1 red ring and is constantly getting it, even though I have reconnected hard drives and cables. It's pretty much dead now.

I bought the xbox 2 years ago and purchased a 20 gig pro version. Now pro versions come with 60 gigs. I want to know if Best Buy will honor the warranty and give me a 360 pro version with a 60 gig hd, if I return all my xbox and all items that came with it in the original box.

Also do I really have to return all the items like controller and mic, or can I just return the console and hard drive? I would really like for them to honor the warranty because it's the same price as it was 2 years ago, but the only difference is the bigger hard drive, which I SHOULD get.

I was preparing for this day, and that's why i got the warranty.

Xbox 360 Elite Best Buy Warranty Questions?

I still have my best buy warranty for the xbox 360 elite I bought. I am bringing it back to the store to reclaim a new xbox 360 console. What do I need to put back into the box to get a new console? I am guessing just the console and the AV and power cables. Any other information would be great.
